The Allegheny County medical examiner has identified the woman whose body was recovered from the Allegheny River in Penn Hills Thursday afternoon.

Teresa Hill, 38, was spotted by a boater in the river before 2 p.m. near Allegheny River Boulevard at Nadine Road. She was wearing a bathing suit.

An autopsy is set for this morning.
